“High Plains Financial (HPF) is a Montana-based Certified Development Company and SBA 504 lender affiliated with the Great Falls Development Alliance (GFDA). HPF provides SBA 504 loans statewide, helping businesses access long-term, fixed-rate financing for projects that drive growth and job creation.
SBA 504 financing can be used for commercial real estate, major equipment purchases, acquisitions, renovations, and new construction. Businesses benefit from low, fixed interest rates for up to 25 years with as little as 10% down, making it easier to invest in facilities and equipment that support long-term success.
